One person or legal entity may only maintain one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited.

Trading in cryptocurrencies and forex involves substantial risk of loss. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Past performance of trading robots is not indicative of future results. Market conditions can change rapidly.

You acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with algorithmic trading and accept full responsibility for your trading decisions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any trading robot or feature at any time without notice.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All content on our platform, including software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by ForexRobat or our licensors.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our trading algorithms.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding obligations must be fulfilled before closure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You must withdraw any remaining funds within 30 days.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
